Piano

Derrick loves to play music, whether on the bag pipes, 5 harmonicas, tin whistle, piano, violin, ect… After taking bagpipe lessons with him I soon realized he couldn’t read music. WoW how had he gotten this far without reading music and making his music sound good.  I soon learned he can play anything by ear! He always wanted to read music but it never came naturally. With the recent discussion on wanting to learn the piano, we decided it was time to look on KSL for a piano. Our limited budget of less then $100 wasn’t going to get us anything fancy. I was happy to find a beautiful piano In our budget but it was in someone’s basement! The stars aligned and we got the help we needed and it wasn’t too hard to get it out and into our house! A big thanks to those who helped! We love playing and I have enjoyed taking lessons again! PS the piano was exactly the style I am in-love with!
